![]() Mamacita, 2317 Chestnut St. (at Scott), 415-346-8494, www.mamacitasf.com What makes a busboy great? Not many people actually stop to think about it, or even bother to notice their busboy. But, that just means they are doing their job well. The truly great busboys are nearly invisible, only filling your water glass when needed, not hovering over you waiting for you to take a sip and then quickly refilling the glass to the rim. They maintain your supply of silverware and have learned to read the diners to know when they are really done with that plate without asking every 30 seconds. Jaime Samchec is one of the great ones. He is there to anticipate all of your needs and make your dining experience a truly pleasant one. He has previously worked at The Cheesecake Factory and Betelnut, but has enjoyed the last year working at Mamacita the most because he loves his bosses. |
